It is common in recent eco-friendly boom that the requirement of Lead-free solder is accelerated rapidly in accordance with the social requirement moving to eco-friendly emphasis from productivity emphasis.
We, Uchihashi Estec Co.,Ltd. set up a new solder factory and the dedicated production line of lead-free products by the head office, to fulfill customers’ demand and requirement.

- The standard of impure substances of Pb is below 0.05%. Other substance standards are compliant with Japan Industry Standard Z 3282.
