Feature
- Rosin Solder Wire (RSW) is super fine flux cored solder wire whose diameter is 0.5 – 0.065mm.
- The flux is High reliability and Halogen-free.
- It is used for micro soldering at inside of component and narrow pitch terminal.
- Rosin Solder Tape (RST) is tape-shape super fine flux cored solder made from RSW.
- We can customize the diameter with10μm increments，width at 0.25mm，thickness at 0.4mm.
