Feature
- Solder fiber is ultra fine solder wire.
- Solder ribbon is tape type solder 40-200μm in thickness and 0.18-3mm in width.
- Surface cleanness is considered during its production so it has superior bonding performance.
- Good wettablity without flux by reflow soldering in Ar-H2 atmosphere.
- It is used for bonding at inside of component, sealing material, and fuse element.
